Terms and Conditions
Please read the following Terms and Conditions („T&C”) carefully as they govern the use of the services provided by Napitender.hu Ltd. („Service Provider”) under the „Business Tenders in Hungary – Observing and Reporting” program, also known as the „Hungarian Public Procurement Monitor” service.

2. Service Description
The „Business Tenders in Hungary – Observing and Reporting” service provides subscribers with timely notifications about relevant public procurement tenders in Hungary. The service includes monitoring, reporting, and, upon request, the preparation and submission of tender applications for clients.
3. Subscription Plans and Pricing
3.1. BASIC Plan:
- Price: €69 gross per month (discounted from €86).
- Features:
- Monitoring of 2 categories.
- E-mail reports.
- E-mail support within 48 hours.
- 20% discount.
- 30-day service period (renewable monthly).
3.2. PRO Plan:
- Price: €299 gross for 6 months (discounted from €429).
- Features:
- Monitoring of 4 categories.
- E-mail reports.
- E-mail support 24/7.
- 30% discount.
- 6-month service period.
3.3. V.I.P Plan:
- Price: €499 gross for 1 year (discounted from €833).
- Features:
- Monitoring of 6+ categories.
- E-mail reports.
- E-mail support 24/7.
- 40% discount.
- 1-year service period.
3.4. Discount Offers:
- Discounts of 20%, 30%, and 40% are available for a limited time, and the offers are valid until the specified deadline.
4. Payment Terms
4.1. Payment Methods:
- Payments can be made via bank transfer or through the online payment system provided on the Service Provider’s website.
4.2. Billing:
- Upon successful payment, an electronic invoice will be issued and sent to the email address provided during registration.
4.3. Renewal and Cancellation:
- The service is automatically renewed based on the chosen subscription plan. Subscribers can cancel the service at the end of the subscription period. No refunds will be issued for early termination.
5. Service Features
5.1. Tender Monitoring:
- The Service Provider will monitor public procurement tenders in Hungary and notify subscribers via email about relevant opportunities based on their selected categories.
5.2. E-mail Support:
- BASIC Plan: E-mail support within 48 hours.
- PRO and V.I.P Plans: 24/7 e-mail support.
5.3. Tender Preparation and Submission:
- Upon request, the Service Provider can assist with the preparation and submission of tender applications.
6. Free Pre-assessment
The Service Provider offers a free pre-assessment of public procurement tenders. This service is non-binding and does not require a subscription.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when subscribing to the service. The Service Provider is not liable for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.
8. Data Protection and Privacy
8.1. Data Handling:
- The Service Provider will process personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Data will be used solely for the purpose of providing the service and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.
8.2. Data Retention:
- Personal data will be retained for the duration of the subscription and for up to 1 year thereafter, after which it will be securely deleted.
8.3. Client Rights:
- Clients have the right to access, correct, or delete their personal data by contacting the Service Provider at info@napitender.hu.
9. Liability
The Service Provider is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the service. The Service Provider’s total liability under this agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the subscription.
10. Intellectual Property
All content provided by the Service Provider, including reports, notifications, and other materials, is the intellectual property of Napitender.hu Ltd. and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.
11. Amendments to the T&C
The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these T&C at any time. Subscribers will be notified of any changes via email or through the Service Provider’s website. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the amended T&C.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These T&C are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these T&C shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Budapest, Hungary.
